Green / Silver Double-Side Coated PE Tarpaulin Cover
Ready-made poly woven tarp with sturdy PE hem, built-in rope and reinforced grommets — reusable season after season for vehicles, machinery and stockpiles.
Linyi Xinshengyang Plastic Products Co., Ltd. — trading as Star Tarpaulins — has been extruding, weaving, coating and finishing woven plastic tarpaulin since 2006. Our 30,000 m² plant in Wanggou Industrial Park runs the full chain in-house: tape extrusion, circular and flat weaving, double-side lamination, heat sealing, eyelet punching and packing. Output reaches 20,000 tons per year in more than 20 colour combinations and weights from 60 g/m² to 300 g/m², shipped to the Middle East, Africa, the Americas, South Asia and Europe.
From HDPE/PP granules to finished eyeleted sheets — no outsourcing, so GSM tolerance, coating thickness and colour batches stay consistent order after order.
Dedicated export team, pre-production samples, third-party inspection support (SGS / BV) and mixed-container loading for distributors and importers.
Tell us climate, exposure time and handling method — we recommend GSM, UV master-batch dosage, mesh count and hem design that actually survive in the field.
Every item below is a running specification in our own workshop. Sheets are supplied cut, heat-sealed, rope-hemmed with triangular corner reinforcement and aluminium eyelets; rolls are supplied at 2 m–6 m width for converters, tent makers and truck-curtain workshops.
Ready-made poly woven tarp with sturdy PE hem, built-in rope and reinforced grommets — reusable season after season for vehicles, machinery and stockpiles.
High-visibility site cover engineered for scaffolding, concrete curing and rain protection, with tear-resistant weave and 100% waterproof lamination.

Silver/silver lamination reflects heat and blocks light — a proven choice for roofing repair, pool covers, boat covers and long-term outdoor storage.

Lightweight, high-burst-pressure woven layflat hose for farm irrigation, dewatering and temporary water transfer — coils flat for low-cost freight.

Knife-coated or laminated PVC on high-tenacity polyester base — abrasion resistant, weldable and colour-stable for trailer curtains and event tents.
Moisture-proof, sun-proof laminated fabric widely converted into tents, ground sheets, PE bags and covers by our OEM partners worldwide.

Made to trailer drawings with welded seams, D-rings, bungee loops and reinforced stress points so drivers can strap down loads in seconds.

Hay stack covers, grain drying sheets, silage tarps and UV-stabilised weed barrier fabric — built for multi-season field exposure and repeated folding.
Field feedback from contractors, hauliers and farmers shapes each specification we sell. Below are the four application groups that account for most of our export volume.
Each operator inspects the metre of tarpaulin in front of them before it moves on. Tape denier, weave density, coating weight, seal strength and eyelet pull-out force are all logged against your order number — so a repeat order in two years still matches the first sample.

Rainproof · sun-resistant · abrasion-resistant · fully customisable — verified by original-manufacturer testing, not by a trading-company certificate. Hydrostatic pressure, tensile and tear strength, eyelet pull-out and heavy-load handling are checked on every batch, and photo/video reports are issued before loading.

Hydrostatic head check on coated fabric and on welded seams.

Warp/weft tensile, tear and eyelet pull-out values recorded per batch.

Real-load lifting and folding trials that reveal weak hems early.

Count, label and carton verification with loading photos for every shipment.
What our long-term partners in the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Europe tell us matters most when they compare tarpaulin suppliers.
You buy from the plant that owns the extruders, looms and coating lines. That means transparent GSM, traceable raw material and a stable price base without a middle layer.
Combine PE sheets, PVC rolls, weed barrier and layflat hose in one 20ft/40ft container so smaller distributors can carry a full range without dead stock.
Your logo woven into the selvedge or printed on the surface, your retail labels, barcodes, carton artwork and size/GSM chart — prepared before mass production.
Gulf sun, tropical rain, Nordic frost and highland UV all need different master-batch and coating recipes. We adjust, document and repeat the winning formula.
Popular blue/silver, green/silver and black/silver specifications are kept in roll stock, cutting repeat-order lead time to as little as 10–15 days.
Installation guidance, failure analysis and claim handling with photos — our engineers answer within one working day, in English, all year round.
Practical answers built from two decades of export orders — use them to write a tighter specification before you request quotations.
For short-term goods covering and promotional packs, 60–90 GSM PE tarpaulin is enough. Hardware retail and DIY channels usually buy 100–160 GSM. Construction scaffolding, hay covers and truck side curtains need 180–300 GSM PE/PP, while PVC coated tarpaulin from 500–900 GSM serves trailers, tents and industrial curtains. Tell us the exposure period and handling frequency and we will propose two options — a cost-optimised and a durability-optimised specification.
Standard stock specifications start from one 20ft container mix. Custom sizes, colours, GSM and printed logos start from 3 tons per specification. Normal production lead time is 15–25 days after artwork and pre-production sample approval; repeat orders of stocked specifications can ship in 10–15 days.
UV stabiliser is dosed at the extrusion stage according to destination climate — commonly 3–5% UV master batch for the Middle East, Africa and Australia. We can supply accelerated weathering data plus tensile, tear and hydrostatic reports for each batch, and we mark the production date on every roll so field performance can be traced back to a specific run.
Yes. Finished sheets are cut, heat sealed, reinforced with triangular corner patches, rope-hemmed and fitted with aluminium or brass eyelets at 50 cm or 100 cm pitch. We also provide OEM packaging, retail labels, barcodes, poly bags with hang holes and up to 4-colour surface printing.
We work regularly with SGS, BV, TUV and buyer-appointed inspectors, and issue the full export document set: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (including FORM A / FORM E where applicable) and fumigation or FR certificates on request.
FOB Qingdao / Lianyungang, CFR and CIF to most ports, plus EXW for buyers with their own consolidators. Payment by T/T deposit with balance against B/L copy, or irrevocable L/C at sight for established programmes.
Our R&D and production teams share new specifications, material findings and energy-saving improvements as they happen.
