Cut size refers to the raw sheet dimensions before folding edges for rope-reinforced hems and heat-sealing seams. A 12' x 24' cut size tarp will typically finish approximately 4 to 6 inches smaller on each side (around 11'6" x 23'6"). However, our factory offers "Full Finished Size" tarps upon request, where raw fabric is cut larger so that the final deliverable measures exactly 12.0 ft x 24.0 ft after hemming.

Grommet failure is the primary point of tarp destruction in high wind conditions.
