Question 1

What GSM range of tarpaulin can you produce?

Accepted Answer

Our extrusion and coating lines cover 60 GSM to 300 GSM. Light 60–90 GSM fabrics are used for disposable covers and packaging liners, 110–160 GSM for general construction and agriculture covers, and 180–300 GSM for truck sides, heavy-duty ground sheets and multi-season storage covers.

Question 2

What is the minimum order quantity for a custom tarpaulin order?

Accepted Answer

Standard stock specifications start from 1,000 kg. Fully customised orders — bespoke colour, GSM, eyelet pitch, printed logo or cut size — normally start from 3,000 kg, which is also the volume that allows the most efficient loom and coating set-up.

Question 3

Which laminated tarpaulin should I choose: PE, PP or PVC?

Accepted Answer

PE laminated tarpaulin offers the best cost-per-square-metre for temporary covers and is 100% waterproof. PP woven tarpaulin gives higher tensile strength and better recyclability for liners and bulk covers. PVC coated tarpaulin is the choice for truck curtains, tents and marine covers where abrasion resistance, welding and a 3–7 year service life are required.

Question 4

How is tarpaulin quality verified before shipment?

Accepted Answer

Every batch is checked for weight per square metre, width, tensile and tear strength, hydrostatic waterproofness, eyelet pull-out force and UV additive dosage. Loading photos and a batch inspection report are shared with the buyer before the container leaves Qingdao or Lianyungang port.

Question 5

Which ports and lead times do you work with?

Accepted Answer

We ship mainly via Qingdao, Lianyungang and Shanghai. Typical production lead time is 15–25 days after deposit for one 40HQ container, depending on colour and finishing complexity.
