The tarpaulin is manufactured with a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) inner weave laminated on both sides with low-density polyethylene (LDPE) for optimal durability and waterproofing.
'Cut size' refers to the size of the material before fabrication. After heat-sealing the edges and adding rope-reinforced hems, the finished size may be up to 30cm shorter than the stated cut size.
It is widely used for truck covers, ship covers, outdoor cargo storage, transportation protection in mineral factories and ports, as well as temporary outdoor tents.
We offer Tarpaulin Rolls, Ready-Made Poly Bags, Bale Packing, and Carton Packing. Loading capacities range from 9 to 12 tons for 20' GP containers and 22 to 25 tons for 40' HQ containers depending on the packaging method.
Production lead time is typically 30-45 days following deposit confirmation. We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight.
It is always recommended to securely fasten the tarpaulin using the aluminium eyelets provided at metre intervals to prevent wind whipping and wear.
