Why Choose Our Tarpaulin

As a factory supplier, we focus on consistent production, flexible customization and bulk-order support rather than supplying only standard ready-made tarps. Please Note:
All given sizes are 'cut sizes', which is the industry standard terminology for the size of the material before it is fabricated into a tarpaulin. Therefore the 'finished' size may be up to 30cm shorter. If you're not sure what size to go for, check out our size guide for more information. To get maximum life span from your tarpaulin, it is always recommended to securely fasten it.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What materials are used in this PE tarpaulin?

The tarpaulin is manufactured with a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) inner weave laminated on both sides with low-density polyethylene (LDPE) for optimal durability and waterproofing.

What is the difference between 'cut size' and 'finished size'?

'Cut size' refers to the size of the material before fabrication. After heat-sealing the edges and adding rope-reinforced hems, the finished size may be up to 30cm shorter than the stated cut size.

What are the main applications for this tarpaulin?

It is widely used for truck covers, ship covers, outdoor cargo storage, transportation protection in mineral factories and ports, as well as temporary outdoor tents.

What packaging options are available for container shipping?

We offer Tarpaulin Rolls, Ready-Made Poly Bags, Bale Packing, and Carton Packing. Loading capacities range from 9 to 12 tons for 20' GP containers and 22 to 25 tons for 40' HQ containers depending on the packaging method.

What are the standard lead times and accepted payment methods?

Production lead time is typically 30-45 days following deposit confirmation. We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight.

How can I maximize the lifespan of the tarpaulin?

It is always recommended to securely fasten the tarpaulin using the aluminium eyelets provided at metre intervals to prevent wind whipping and wear.
